Monthly rate is $2,250.00 plus $250.00/month cleaning fee. Owner will arrange monthly cleaning service. A $300.00 electricity allowance is included in the rent. Renter is responsible for any additional electricity charges paid to the owner. Internet is limited to 1200 megabytes per month. Any internet overages will be the guests responsibility to pay. Owner will provide megabyte usage weekly. Occupancy is limited to 6 overnight guests. No parties, No large gatherings exceeding a total of 8 guests in the home and property at any one time. Please no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or on the property outside premises.

Enjoy a community pool and tennis court just steps away! For large groups, inquire about a separate casita that sleeps 2 guests located on the property. The home has Two Master Bedrooms each with their own on suite full bathrooms located on the second floor. Each master bedroom has King Size beds, walk-in closets, flat screen SMART TV's, and ceiling fans. The lower level hall bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen SMART TV, and a ceiling fan. All bedrooms have upgraded linens. The newly remodeled fully-equipped kitchen has new SS Appliances and new quartz countertops. The living room comfortably sits 6-8 guests and features a 65-inch SMART TV. The living room features Copenhagen Stressless chairs and a leather couch. Please be aware that there is a casita over the garage that can be rented. Casita guests do not have access to the backyard and have a separate gated entrance to the casita stairs.
