Enjoy high standards of comfort with a warm cabin feel when booking Residing Retreat, a spacious home that boasts plenty of personal space for long stays. Designed with a large fenced-in yard, hot tub, 2 living rooms, and a game room, this house is perfect for a family or group who loves to entertain and enjoy quality time at home!

You'll be about a 15 min drive from the Heavenly Mountain. Appealing to all skill sets, the mountain has unique terrain and offers 97 runs and 30 lifts that are spread across California and Nevada. The Heavenly Village is a vision of South Tahoe dotted with restaurants, shops, and various activities for every season! There's no doubt that the location and home are all things “Heavenly”. With mountains, beaches, and villages bustling at any season, the home allows you to have it all at arms reach in 15 mins or less.

The living room is spacious with peaked ceilings and offers a Smart TV and ample seating. In the cooler evenings or after a day on the slopes, cozy up on the couch and enjoy the ambiance as the gas fireplace warms the room.

The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stand mixer, slow cooker, blender, and more! You’ll have everything you need to make delicious homemade meals for you and your guests and gather around the dining table for 6. Additional seating can be found steps away at the large kitchen counter.

Whether it’s movie night or game night, there’s a bonus room for that! This space features a cable TV, foosball table, dartboard, pool table, gas fireplace, and multiple couches for comfortable seating. There is also a small kitchenette with a refrigerator that can be used as a snack bar for food and drinks. Additional space can be found in the entry of the home with a smaller family room.

As if it couldn’t get better, the backyard is a complete dream for any season. Outfitted with a large entertaining deck, patio furniture, gas BBQ, and hot tub, this backyard allows you to take in the beauty of Lake Tahoe without ever having to leave the house!

Head upstairs to the 2nd floor to find 4 bedrooms. With each room being spacious and equipped with a Smart TV, you'll be more than pleased with their designated space.
