Outside, enjoy the grill, an expansive deck, wildlife, and views that will amaze you.

Managed by the owners (who live in Evergreen) so you get a quick response if something needs attention. This home is offered for temporary leases, as low as one month, a great option for transitioning families needing a furnished rental for monthly leases or longer. Pets possible with a refundable deposit of $300. No smoking. Off street parking spaces for up to four vehicles. Utilities, including high speed internet and snowplowing, are a flat fee of $270 per month.
