The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook meals at home, and the dining room table seats 4 comfortably. The living room has a leather couch and a 60-inch TV, perfect for watching movies or playing games. Two of the three bedrooms have TVs, so everyone can have their own space to relax. Our smart TVs provide great entertainment for everyone! This rental property is comfortable, convenient, and has everything you need to have a great time in a central location!

SMOKING
To keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $500 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Violating this policy may result in guests being liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.

PARTIES & EVENTS
Gatherings with your group are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 FINE and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the property in wonderful shape for all guests to come.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note that the home has 2 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property.

BATHROOM Do NOT flush anything other than waste and toilet paper down the toilet- no feminine products or baby/facial wipes. If a plumber has to be called during your stay or on the day of checkout and it is determined that a blockage occurred you will be charged $200
