-Designed with the needs of displaced families in mind our property is perfect for insurance company housing providers seeking reliable, month to month accommodations for policy holders undergoing home repairs due to fires, floods, or other unfortunate events.
-Pets are family too, and we're happy to accommodate your furry friends!
-Ample parking for up to 5 vehicles (2) in garage and (3) in front of the house
-At our home away from home, you will be welcomed by a comforting ambiance that will instantly make you feel at home with an assortment of amenities designed for extended stays and plenty of space for the whole family you can transition seamlessly into your new surroundings.

-We offer flexible, month-to-month bookings to fill your timeline. Here what you can expect during your stay
*A spacious 2-floor family home with dedicated office space and high-speed fiber internet, perfect for remote work or schooling
*Bedroom with private bathroom on both the main level and upstairs. The
bedroom on the main level has a king bed and shower only. The upstairs
bedroom has a queen sized bed and a tub/shower combo.
*The third bedroom is a bunk bed room with a king size bed on the lower
bunk. The top bunk is a twin and there is a twin trundle bed. This
bedroom also has all of the kid essentials in the closet, such as the pack-n-
play, with extra mattress. There is a baby gate, booster chair, and
sheets/blankets in the drawers inside of the closet.
*All bedrooms have plush robes available in the closet!
*The bathrooms are stocked with the essentials and some extras, such as
bubble bath and extra toothbrushes.
*In the kitchen, you will find the cabinets fully stocked with the following
items: coffee maker, grinder, french press, mixer, blender, InstantPot,
airfryer, and toaster. Complimentary local coffee, tea and snacks
available.
*The living room and each of the primary bedrooms have smart TVs, which
allow you to sign in to your own streaming channels. There is also a
DirectTV app available that provides cable for your convenience and HBO
Max.
*Upstairs has a bonus room that can be used as a work space, or a play
space for the kids. Toys can be used and need to be returned to bins
prior to departure.
*Hot tub towels are available for your convenience, along with a blue tooth
speaker and sunscreens.
- *If you are traveling with your dog, you will love that the house has a dog
bed, couch covers, food/water bowls, treats, toys, and a scooper for the
back yard.
