Kitchen features all brand new and modern appliances such as Bosch dishwasher, Induction stove, Ninja coffee maker, Instant Pot multifunctional air fryer or iRobot Roomba Vacuum. Kitchen is also stocked with pots and pans, basic condiments, kitchen towels, place mats, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies. Bathroom is fully stocked with towels, toiletry, body wash, hand soap, hair shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Laundry room is provided with detergent, softener, laundry basket, garment steamer, and more.

The house is put at highest safety with Ring security system. The water irrigation is set up automatically for the front and back yards. A gardener will come every two weeks to mow the lawn at no charge. Pets less than 20lbs are warmly welcome.
